📋 Description

• Build AI and automation use cases for demand generation and pipeline generation • Build workflows and agents using Claude, Clay, LLM APIs, and custom code • Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, website, product, and third-party data to identify signals and trigger actions • Build systems for account research, intent identification, personalized outreach, experimentation, and measurement • Automate paid acquisition infrastructure across LinkedIn and Google • Own eon.io page architecture, personalization, experimentation, and CRO infrastructure • Build tools to accelerate GTM testing • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations • Create free tools, calculators, benchmarks, datasets, and technical resources • Turn Eon’s technical expertise and product capabilities into interactive experiences • Build distribution through developer communities, technical ecosystems, integrations, and marketplaces • Experiment with referral, sharing, and product-led mechanics • Identify emerging AI platforms, APIs, developer ecosystems, and other channels • Prototype quickly, measure results, discontinue ineffective approaches, and scale successful ones • Establish the foundation, systems, and playbooks for Eon’s future growth team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping production software • Strong coding skills and ability to take an idea from zero to production independently • Experience with Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL • Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent • Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, or AI-powered workflows • Strong understanding of APIs, data, automation, web, and third-party platforms • Builder mindset and ability to move quickly and learn by shipping • Curiosity about growth, distribution, marketing, and customer acquisition • Evidence of having built something outside the core job that people used • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ad platform APIs, marketing automation, growth, marketing, GTM, developer relations, technical-audience tools/products, technical communities, or cloud infrastructure/data/backup/security markets is nice to have
