📋 Description

• Lead the US recruitment and sourcing team day to day • Drive a culture of data-driven recruiting and develop market intelligence • Share key insights with the leadership team and hiring managers • Establish a performance metrics framework for the team • Lead selection and recruitment planning and execution in line with the D&I strategy • Develop appropriate routes to market for diverse and changing hiring needs • Create an Early Careers strategy to attract and nurture a diverse workforce • Ensure stakeholders receive a best-in-class recruiting experience • Collaborate with colleagues to build and drive the employer brand • Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent • Optimize talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices • Develop strategic partnerships with US-based hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in people management and recruiting leadership, ideally within a global technical environment • Demonstrable experience with recruiting/performance metrics and use of recruiting tools • Proven competency in reporting analytical data • Creative and flexible mindset, ready to think of and try new ideas and concepts • Proven project management experience • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate • Experience working on a global scale preferable • Awareness and appreciation of employment and equality legislation for North America
