📋 Description

• Source, interview, and hire top talent for the Peripheral Vascular salesforce • Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and proactively build talent pipelines • Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to inform hiring recommendations • Use recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, track pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting • Provide hiring recommendations using market data, competitive intelligence, market trends, and analytics • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, drive interview processes, facilitate debriefs, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience • Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and talent selection tools • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners • Stay current on organizational structure, personnel policies, employee benefits, and federal and state employment laws

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience • 4+ years of work experience • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience • 2+ years of full cycle sales recruiting experience • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing • Experience in Workday, HiredScore, Paradox or other ATS systems and recruiting technologies • Experience recruiting for commission-based sales, commercial, go-to-market, or clinical based roles • Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment in a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees) • Recruitment agency experience supporting enterprise clients
