📋 Description

• Generate new business and manage and grow existing customer activity • Manage administrative responsibilities throughout the sales cycle • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the system • Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery • Manage open orders and ensure accurate, timely delivery • Confirm timely and accurate invoicing • Resolve customer and supplier issues proactively • Learn vendor programs to source products at advantageous prices • Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests • Build relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments • Assist with quoting • Offer add-on opportunities such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, and supplies • Complete projects and additional assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience • Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry • Excellent communication and phone skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Team player with a positive attitude • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Bachelor’s degree preferred
