📋 Description

• Generate new business while managing and growing activity of existing customers • Manage administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle • Accurately place customer purchase orders into the system • Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery within customer expectations • Lead open order management and ensure timely, accurate delivery • Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate • Resolve customer- and supplier-level problems • Learn vendor supplier programs to source products at advantageous prices • Assist customers with returns issues, order inquiries, and information requests • Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments • Assist with quoting • Offer add-on opportunities such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, or supplies • Maintain proper decorum in internal and external customer communications • Complete projects and additional assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience • Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole • Excellent communication/phone skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Team player with a positive attitude • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products • Ability to perform seated and occasional standing or walking activities
