📋 Description

• Own the accuracy and hygiene of the applicant tracking system • Set up hiring rounds, including stages, interview kits, feedback forms, and permissions • Maintain templates and an up-to-date hiring tracker • Post roles to the careers page, external boards, and communities • Produce reporting on pipeline volume, time to hire, stage conversion, and applicant sources • Own ATS integrations with IT support • Administer work tests and skills assessments end to end • Track assessment responses, route them to reviewers, and ensure candidates are paid • Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing skills assessments • Manage the careers inbox and answer or route candidate questions • Send candidate status updates, rejections, and next-step instructions • Schedule interviews across time zones • Support recruiters with administrative work • Gain exposure to application review and candidate sourcing • Assist the People Operations team during fluctuations in recruiting volume • Report to the Head of People

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in a coordination, administrative, or operations role, ideally supporting hiring • Hands-on experience working in an applicant tracking system, CRM, or similar software • Comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting • Clear, warm written communication • Strong organization and attention to detail • Discretion with confidential candidate and employee information • Comfort with remote work and asynchronous communication across time zones • Professional level English proficiency • Application materials must be submitted in English • Experience using Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system is a nice-to-have • Experience at a small organization that grew quickly is a nice-to-have • Exposure to sourcing, application review, or other recruiting work is a nice-to-have • Experience coordinating hiring across multiple countries is a nice-to-have • Comfort automating repetitive work, using Claude and other integrations is a nice-to-have
