📋 Description

• Own each annuity case from the agent's proposal call through application submission, approval, and funding • Trigger and complete OFAC/AML checks before application data entry • Collect client documentation, including driver's license, funding source details, and 401(k) rollover paperwork • Transcribe case information into carrier portals and Salesforce • Submit applications and track them through underwriting • Resolve outstanding carrier requirements proactively • Coordinate post-approval funding via EFT, check, wire, or 401(k) rollover • Provide agents and clients with timely status updates • Operate strictly within a defined administrative lane set by Compliance • Do not solicit, negotiate, or discuss product features, risks, benefits, or carrier recommendations with clients

🎯 Requirements

• US-based and remote-eligible • Background in new-business processing, case management, or transaction coordination • Insurance/annuity case management, mortgage loan processing, or real estate transaction coordination experience translates directly • Understands the difference between administrative support and solicitation • Proficient with Salesforce • Comfortable learning multiple carrier-specific systems • Track record of managing multi-step workflows against hard deadlines and compliance gates • Able to concurrently support 2–3 agents' pipelines • This is a non-licensed, non-sales role • Must accurately handle OFAC/AML checks, carrier-specific paperwork, and application submission processes
