📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support for People services, addressing employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures. • Maintain and update People systems with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality. • Administer the full US onboarding and offboarding processes. • Oversee US immigration case management. • Ensure compliance and timely reporting, including required trainings and EEO reporting. • Manage the HR help desk and electronic postal inbox, handling unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other requests. • Assist with total rewards administration, including benefits and compensation reviews. • Support the HR roadmap and contribute to strategic projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR experience preferred. • Strong HR systems experience, with an AI forward bias for automation. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communicator with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
