📋 Description

• Deliver live webinars, virtual learning sessions, workshops and in-person training supporting product implementation and customer adoption • Facilitate interactive learning through demonstrations, discussion, practical activities and evidence-informed instructional approaches • Develop and continuously improve course content, videos, job aids and product documentation • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Professional Learning and other cross-functional teams • Gather customer insights and align learning content with customer needs, product developments and business priorities • Provide on-demand learning opportunities and resources throughout customers' implementation journeys • Evaluate learning effectiveness using customer feedback and performance data, and recommend improvements • Provide follow-up guidance and support after learning sessions • Improve Professional Learning programmes, processes and customer experiences • Maintain knowledge of Everway products, educational practice, instructional design and adult learning

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience delivering professional learning, training or customer education, ideally within an educational technology or SaaS environment • Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences • Experience developing learning content that supports different learning needs and delivery formats • Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues across a range of audiences • Experience using virtual learning platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet and Learning Management Systems • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines • Customer-focused approach that supports successful learning outcomes • Appropriate use of AI-enabled tools to improve learning delivery, content development or workflow efficiency while maintaining quality and accuracy • Experience in instructional design or digital content development using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate or equivalent • Familiarity with the education sector, particularly K–12 or higher education • Experience developing self-paced learning resources, including e-learning courses, videos or resource guides • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is desirable
