📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable, maintainable software solutions • Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices supporting critical business functions • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices • Mentor and coach junior engineers • Improve the software development lifecycle through automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and service reliability • Evaluate and integrate tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes and team productivity • Drive the technical vision for projects and contribute to architecture discussions and long-term planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Proven track record delivering complex, scalable applications • Proficiency in C# or Python and familiarity with their ecosystems • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and RESTful API design • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Expertise in database design and optimization for SQL and NoSQL databases • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills for technical discussions, stakeholder presentations, and detailed documentation • Ability to identify, reduce, and resolve ambiguity • All candidates must complete a comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification required • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • Government-issued photo ID submission and identity verification required during interviews • Artificial intelligence tools prohibited during interviews • Equivalent practical experience may substitute for the stated degree • Preferred: Experience related to HL7 FHIR, resource-first FHIR patterns, and reading FHIR implementation guides • Preferred: Experience in healthcare data domains such as providers, members, prior authorizations, and claims
