📋 Description

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives • Lead and develop a team of architects across domains • Establish and govern architecture standards, policies, and best practices • Design and oversee enterprise-wide architecture frameworks and roadmaps • Partner with senior stakeholders on investment decisions and technology direction • Ensure consistency and quality across solution design and architectural outputs • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation • Build relationships with business and technology leaders to influence strategic outcomes • Oversee architecture governance, risk management, and compliance • Champion modern design principles, cloud-first thinking, and scalable architecture patterns • Shape technology strategy and enterprise-wide architecture for Evri • Align business priorities with technology solutions and guide architecture decision-making • Enable teams to deliver scalable, resilient, future-ready solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience operating as an Enterprise or Principal Architect within a complex organisation • Strong track record of defining and delivering enterprise architecture strategy • Experience leading and developing architecture teams • Deep understanding of architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and modern architecture practices • Expertise across cloud platforms, integration patterns, and enterprise systems • Ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery considerations • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior level • Experience shaping technology roadmaps and aligning them to business outcomes • Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset focused on continuous improvement
