• Execute day to day operational tasks that support our team in the creation and delivery of an exceptional employee experience • Partner with and support functional groups and leaders across multiple teams • Anticipate needs, diagnose problems and then identify and drive appropriate solutions • Collaborate across the full cycle of HR • Communicate changes in company personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance • Develop trusted relationships, credibility and influence across the organization • Participate in investigations and resolutions of employee relations issues • Answer routine questions regarding company policies • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements • Take initiative to find solutions where clear-cut procedures do not exist • Monitor the 'pulse' of the employees to ensure high employee engagement • Carry out all job responsibilities according to the company's core values
• BA/BS Degree required in Business or Human Resources related field • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in fast-paced organizations • Ability to travel between other CarepathRx sites • Experience supporting hourly and salary employee client groups • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite • Experience supporting technical and remote teams • Tech savvy: Experience with HRIS/ATS tools • Driven: You are ambitious & go the extra mile • Flexible: Changing direction & multi-tasking comes easy to you • People Oriented: You have a positive attitude, empathetic approach & enjoy helping others • Attention to detail, ensuring processes and procedures are followed • Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred • Experience with Workday preferred
