📋 Description

• Lead transformation of credit risk reporting for a top US banking client across secured and unsecured consumer lending portfolios • Analyze credit performance, identify emerging trends and drivers of delinquency and loss movements, and assess performance against risk appetite • Connect portfolio outcomes to credit strategy, including acquisition quality, line management, and loss mitigation • Author the risk narrative presented to the client’s senior risk leadership each cycle • Manage the end-to-end automation of the risk reporting suite with the data engineering team • Prioritize the build and ensure business logic and analytical intent are correctly implemented • Own validation and sign-off on automated outputs • Manage senior risk stakeholders, drive the program roadmap, and remain accountable for delivery • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes • Develop data ingestion, transformation, integration, and data quality capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 4 years of consumer credit risk analytics experience at a bank or consumer lender • Experience spanning portfolio analytics, credit strategy, performance reporting, and risk appetite frameworks • Proven ability to present and defend risk positions with senior stakeholders • SQL proficiency is mandatory • Python proficiency preferred • Familiarity with modern data environments such as Databricks and Snowflake preferred • Experience guiding reporting automation or analytics modernization preferred
