📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and industry trends to identify strategic sourcing opportunities • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including market research and supplier identification • Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor sourcing solutions accordingly • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with overall business objectives • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in strategic sourcing • Provide regular progress reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the insurance industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships • Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements • A proactive and collaborative approach to team work
