📋 Description

• Lead the acquisition of indirect goods and services to maximize profitability and competitive advantage • Analyze, source, negotiate, review contracts, and manage supplier performance • Plan, organize, direct, and execute indirect sourcing projects • Partner strategically with stakeholders to clarify and meet business needs • Foster supplier relationships and manage key supplier performance • Coordinate with internal customers, collect bids and quotes, and participate in budgeting • Identify supplier rationalization and leverage opportunities across functional areas • Champion procurement processes and maintain stakeholder, supplier, affiliate, and professional-organization relationships • Negotiate agreements and lead negotiation strategies with business partners • Develop improved RFx, bid analysis, purchasing, sourcing, and contract processes • Track market and industry trends, indices, and benchmarking tools • Coach and develop team members • Maintain and communicate category strategies • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with indirect goods and services acquisition, including capital and expense expenditures • Experience with tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives • Ability to analyze, source, negotiate, review contracts, and manage supplier performance • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and meet business requirements • Knowledge of procurement processes, RFx, bid analysis, purchasing strategies, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and contract processing • Ability to track market and industry trends, applicable indices, and benchmarking tools • Ability to coach and develop team members • Knowledge or experience in Information Technology category management
