📋 Description

• Collect and examine data for sourcing activities through reports, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement • Act as a Buyer for Projects and Parts as needed • Manage supplier and commodity activities, identify new sources of supply, and pursue cost-out initiatives • Drive sourcing and procurement activities for assigned commodities and suppliers across the Americas market • Manage supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and implement framework agreements • Issue purchase orders and support the full lifecycle of multiple orders • Improve regional sourcing KPIs including on-time delivery, savings, deflation, payment terms, cost of failure, and product cost-out • Collaborate with Tendering to recommend suppliers, meet proposal delivery requirements, and manage cost-out negotiations • Coordinate supplier selection, development, and categorization • Develop reports, analyze spend, and identify cost-reduction and cash-flow opportunities • Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies with global Project, Parts, and strategic sourcing teams • Manage the procure-to-pay process and resolve invoices • Support an inclusive, diverse, and respectful team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and tendering • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders • Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree in a related area desired • Experience as an SAP and Tableau user • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop and execute multiple strategic sourcing initiatives simultaneously • Motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
