📋 Description

• Lead acquisition of indirect goods and services, including capital and expense expenditures • Analyze sourcing needs and source, negotiate, review contracts, and manage supplier performance • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet business requirements • Maintain lowest total cost of ownership while ensuring quality and service • Plan, organize, direct, and execute indirect sourcing projects • Partner strategically with stakeholders to clarify and meet business needs • Foster supplier relationships and manage key supplier performance • Coordinate with internal customers on bid and quote collection strategies and budgetary activities • Identify supplier rationalization and leverage opportunities • Champion procurement processes and maintain stakeholder, supplier, affiliate, and professional organization relationships • Negotiate agreements and lead negotiation strategies with business partners • Improve RFx, bid analysis, purchasing strategy, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and contract processing processes • Track market and industry trends, indices, and benchmarking tools • Coach and develop team members • Maintain and communicate category strategies
