📋 Description

• Lead and support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments related to business continuity • Review and update Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management plans • Assess resilience, redundancy, backup, and recovery strategies, including cloud environments • Identify Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and opportunities for improvement • Plan, track, and validate DR and business continuity exercises, simulations, and tests • Monitor action plans and support the ongoing maturity of controls • Participate in policy reviews and global initiatives related to resilience • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support management decisions and governance forums • Act as a consultant to business and technology teams • Engage with stakeholders in Brazil and global GBRO teams in North America, the United Kingdom, EMEA, and LATAM • Assess recovery plans, resilient architectures, backup solutions, and critical dependencies • Track recovery, failover, tabletop, and continuity testing exercises • Support the definition of RTOs and RPOs • Track remediation plans related to resilience gaps • Support the rollout of global initiatives and the advancement of BCM and Disaster Recovery maturity in Brazil • Serve as a technical reference and advisor on resilience matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, including planning, conducting, and evaluating recovery exercises • Knowledge of backup and recovery, infrastructure, data storage, networks, and connectivity • Experience with resilience and redundancy concepts in cloud environments, preferably AWS • Ability to assess architectures and identify Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) • Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and defining and evaluating RTOs and RPOs • Knowledge of standards and frameworks related to continuity, security, and resilience, including ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and NIST • Familiarity with LGPD and GDPR requirements • Knowledge of orchestration and automation tools applied to recovery processes • Knowledge of prevention and recovery strategies related to ransomware and cyberattacks • Ability to analyze risks, identify control gaps, and track remediation plans • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical topics into clear messages for executive audiences • Advanced English proficiency • Spanish is a plus • Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously • Certification from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI), or an equivalent organization is desirable
