📋 Description

• Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value proposition, and solutions for customer business objectives • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proofs of concept via in-person or virtual presentations and whiteboards • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures • Drive the sales process with the Account Manager by identifying the Technical Decision Maker and securing technical validation, support, and sponsorship • Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer life cycle • Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources, share best-practice updates, and offer and seek expertise across opportunities • Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for F5 Distributed Cloud solutions • Partner with sales teams to design and deliver secure, cloud-native application and networking services • Provide expertise in Web Application and API security to help customers protect, manage, and scale their ecosystems • Support the sales team with technical skills and F5 solution knowledge • Achieve the allocated sales target and sell relevant F5 solutions and products aligned with customer business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related industry experience • BS/BA or equivalent work experience • Experience with F5 products, including BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, SSLO, and ASM/AWAF), NGINX, and F5 SaaS (Distributed Cloud) services • Advanced knowledge of ADCs and TCP/IP networking • Experience with F5 iRules and other customizations • Advanced F5 solution knowledge and ability to use them to solve customer challenges • Familiarity/experience with F5 or similar industry solution deployment is a plus • Relevant certifications are a plus • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
