📋 Description

• Support the sales team with technical skills and F5 solution knowledge • Achieve allocated sales targets and sell relevant F5 solutions and products aligned with customer business needs • Act as a trusted adviser by understanding customers’ technical and business challenges • Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value proposition, and solutions • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures • Drive the sales process with the Account Manager by identifying and gaining validation, support, and sponsorship from technical decision-makers • Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer life cycle • Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources, sharing best practices and expertise • Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for F5 Distributed Cloud solutions • Partner with sales teams to design and deliver secure, cloud-native application and networking services • Provide expertise in Web Application and API security

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related industry experience • BS/BA or equivalent work experience • Experience with F5 products, including BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, SSLO, and ASM/AWAF), NGINX, and F5 SaaS (Distributed Cloud) services • Advanced knowledge of ADCs and TCP/IP networking • Experience with F5 iRules and other customizations • Advanced F5 solution knowledge and ability to use solutions to solve customer challenges • Familiarity or experience with F5 or similar industry solution deployment is a plus • Relevant certifications are a plus • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
