📋 Description

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center • Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information from agents, insureds and third parties • Explain the claim process to customers • Authorize services such as roadside assistance and rental cars when appropriate • Complete customer inquiries regarding the status of existing claims efficiently and accurately • Clearly and accurately document all customer interactions in the claim file • Maintain job knowledge through intermittent training/learning and incorporate new information into daily tasks • Assist customers with auto and home claims, motorhome incidents, and roadside assistance • Guide customers through the claims process and set clear expectations • Take inbound calls remotely and collaborate within a supportive team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Effective communicator with strong active listening skills • Highly proficient in written and verbal English • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both written and spoken communication • Consistently takes ownership of actions, decisions, and outcomes • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced work settings • Technically proficient, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and windows simultaneously • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy • Customer service experience is highly preferred • Remote contact center experience is a plus, but not required • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Dedicated workspace, including a desk and chair, free of noise and distractions • Stable high-speed internet connection required • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to a full work shift • Ability to operate a computer for extended periods, up to a full work shift • Physical dexterity to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment • Ability to listen to, interpret, and differentiate auditory information • Ability to visually verify, read, and locate information • Ability to occasionally bend, twist, pull, stoop, and move/lift/carry objects weighing 0-10 pounds
