📋 Description

• Conduct pipeline management, appointment setting, and other activities supporting department production goals, SLAs, and customer service standards • Analyze applicant information to determine customer qualification for beneficial programs • Respond to customer needs and expectations, resolving issues on the first interaction • Manage work queues and document customer contacts, requests, and process next steps in systems of record • Work independently and collaboratively on ongoing and nonrecurring projects • Communicate processes and available benefits clearly to customers • Follow sales processes and quality-assurance requirements for compliance • Meet or exceed sales KPIs set by management • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate/GED required • Associate Degree preferred • Minimum two years of related experience and/or training • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work while meeting deadlines • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Experience with standard office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers’ nonpublic information • Clear, concise, and professional customer communication • Eagerness to develop knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Regular and punctual attendance in compliance with company policies and procedures • NMLS Safe Licensing may be required after hire; NMLS and SAFE License within one year preferred • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
