Freedom Mortgage is a U. S. -based residential mortgage lender and servicer that provides home loan products and related services to consumers. 📋 Description

• Conduct pipeline management, appointment setting, and other activities supporting department production goals and SLAs • Analyze applicant information to determine eligibility for beneficial programs • Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve needs on the first interaction • Manage work queues and document customer contacts, requests, and next steps in systems of record • Work independently and collaboratively on ongoing and special projects • Communicate processes and available benefits clearly to customers • Follow sales processes and QA requirements for compliance • Meet or exceed management-set sales KPIs • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work while meeting deadlines • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Regular and punctual attendance in compliance with company policies and procedures • Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers’ nonpublic information • Clear, concise, and professional customer communication • Eagerness to develop knowledge of mortgage industry products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines • Professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • High School Graduate/GED required • Minimum two (2) years related experience and/or training • NMLS Safe Licensing may be required after hire; NMLS and SAFE License within one year preferred • Ability to perform the essential physical functions, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
