📋 Description

• Own and evolve core AI-focused product areas, including Quote Agent, Product Studio, Submission Triage, and intelligent Content Management products • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of 9–10 engineers across ML, software engineering, and data/analytics • Define the technical vision and architecture for the agentic platform and autonomous systems • Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, architectural oversight, and occasional hands-on contributions • Partner with Product, Design, and Delivery teams to align the engineering roadmap with business objectives and ship high-impact features • Act as a strategic technical partner to go-to-market stakeholders, translating business goals into scalable engineering plans • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth as the engineering organization scales

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience • Proven track record leading engineering organizations of 15–20+ people • Deep expertise in B2B enterprise SaaS • Early-stage startup experience highly preferred • Strong background shipping and maintaining AI-powered products in production • Experience designing and deploying agentic systems, AI workflows, or LLM-powered applications at scale • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and empower multidisciplinary engineering teams • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence across technical and business domains • End-to-end ownership and accountability for outcomes • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive rapid execution • Commitment to continuous learning and iteration • Ability to cultivate high-trust relationships through transparency, empathetic leadership, and an inclusive approach
