📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and other business-critical functions • Source, screen, coordinate interviews, align stakeholders, negotiate offers, and support onboarding • Build talent maps and proactively source using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and tailored outreach • Lead intake meetings and define candidate profiles with hiring managers • Advise hiring managers on search criteria and maintain alignment throughout the process • Keep pipelines warm through ongoing outreach and relationship-building • Own the candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness • Improve interview processes and workflows • Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning • Maintain and contribute to the QMS • Report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally spanning multiple functions • Experience recruiting technical roles strongly preferred • Track record in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments preferred • Proven ability to run multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously • Greenhouse ATS or comparable system, including structured interview processes and reporting • Strong hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring norms • Fluency with AI tools in recruiting workflows • Ability to influence hiring-manager decisions using data • Candidate-first mindset and inclusive-process orientation • Ability to juggle competing searches • Analytical decision-making using data • Adaptability and comfort with variety
