📋 Description

• Support hiring across R&D functions, including engineering and technical roles • Source and close senior/staff+ technical talent in partnership with hiring managers • Partner with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing • Source diverse talent through creative outreach, networking, HireEZ, and open-source communities • Manage and optimize recruiting workflows using Ashby ATS • Provide a world-class candidate experience • Identify and remove process bottlenecks while maintaining hiring quality • Support onboarding transitions with People Operations • Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Deep technical fluency, ideally with exposure to distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration, or platform engineering • Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure/dev-tool company • Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities • Strong working knowledge of ATS; Ashby strongly preferred • Strong working knowledge of sourcing platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously • Collaborative mindset and passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams • Strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness and care in decision-making • Familiarity with open-source communities or developer-centric products is nice to have
