📋 Description

• Provide customer service and support to students, student sponsors, and University personnel regarding tuition accounts • Explain billing, payments, admission deposits, registration, student loans, scholarships, collections, and student account policies • Refer financial aid eligibility and awarding determinations to the Office of Financial Aid • Process tuition payments, refunds, and daily bank deposits • Manage student payment plans and sponsored, employer, and third-party billing arrangements • Monitor Student Account Office Holds related to leaves of absence • Collaborate with other service areas to facilitate consistent service and information • Review student accounts for accuracy • Resolve discrepancies or disputes and communicate technical information • Test revisions and upgrades to student payment processing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration and/or accounting, or closely related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience • Three years’ experience in accounts receivable, banking, customer service or accounting • Proven high volume customer service • Experience handling checks and wires preferred • Ellucian Colleague experience preferred • Resume and cover letter required for a complete application
