📋 Description

• Run technical demos alongside sales for firms that need a tax professional in the room • Onboard firms in groups of 5 to 10 and remain their point person until they are succeeding • Carry firms through onboarding for 8 weeks • Deliver webinars and training sessions • Translate customer feedback between firms and engineering • Know the product well enough to be trusted, including catching output that would not pass a reviewer • Provide feedback to product so onboarding friction is fixed • Help firms run real tax work through Filed

🎯 Requirements

• Have prepared or reviewed real returns inside a real firm • Credentials are welcome but not required • Real strength in either individual returns (1040) or business returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 990, 1041) • Comfortable in front of customers, including demos, training, difficult conversations, and escalations • High degree of confidence in major tax platforms such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, or GoSystem • Pick up software quickly • Comfortable making calls with incomplete data • Empathetic and curious; build for the user, not just the technically correct answer • Highly collaborative across product, engineering, and tax • Detail-oriented but pragmatic • Own your work and welcome accountability • Bonus: experience with SurePrep, GruntWorx, or AutoFlow implementations, or rolling new software out across a firm
