• Develop and execute a comprehensive Retail Sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational objectives, sales priorities, and performance goals • Partner with Retail Sales leaders to identify performance gaps, capability needs, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and execution • Lead the design and implementation of training, development, coaching, and enablement programs • Apply firsthand sales leadership experience to ensure enablement strategies and programs are practical, relevant, and aligned with the sales environment • Establish scalable onboarding, ongoing development, leadership development, and continuous learning approaches • Collaborate cross-functionally to support implementation and adoption of sales initiatives, processes, tools, products, and organizational changes • Evaluate sales performance data, business results, learner feedback, and other measures to identify opportunities and assess program effectiveness • Establish measures of enablement effectiveness and continuously improve programs, resources, and delivery approaches • Provide strategic guidance to senior Retail Sales leaders regarding capability development, change adoption, sales execution, and performance improvement • Lead, develop, and establish priorities for the Enablement function • Promote consistent sales practices and reinforce regulatory, compliance, and organizational requirements through enablement programs and resources • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the SVP, Revenue Growth and Channel Strategy
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience across sales leadership, training and development, sales enablement, or related disciplines • Demonstrated experience leading a sales organization or sales team with accountability for sales performance and execution • Demonstrated experience developing and leading training, learning and development, or talent-development programs within a sales-oriented organization • Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies that improve employee capability, adoption, productivity, and business performance • Ability to operate strategically while translating business priorities into practical, scalable programs and solutions • Strong leadership and organizational-change capabilities, including the ability to influence leaders and drive adoption across a complex organization • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data, business metrics, and feedback to identify needs and evaluate program effectiveness • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with senior leaders • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build productive partnerships across multiple functions and levels of an organization • Knowledge of sales processes, sales leadership practices, adult learning principles, performance improvement, and organizational development • Required Bachelor's Degree • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field
