📋 Description

• Perform complex problem-resolution analysis and corrections • Develop new software based on approved design documents • Correct system problems as directed by the manager • Lead projects and ensure successful technical implementation of business software applications • Manage critical projects, customer engagements, or business processes • Develop complex software applications based on approved designs • Create innovative solutions that improve business performance and support corporate goals • Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to specifications • Collaborate with teams on projects • Mentor junior developers through code, design, and unit test plan reviews • Serve as principal technical IT contact and perform technical project leadership • Identify process and procedure improvements and communicate them across departments • Forecast, model, and use advanced analytical tools • Propose design changes to processes and applications • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and 8–12 years of related experience; or equivalent combination • Comprehensive knowledge of application programming and design • Experience with client/server networks • Experience with structured application development and change control methodologies • Experience with object-oriented analysis and design • Ability to analyze and isolate issues and develop solutions to highly complex problems • Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs • Thorough understanding of business drivers and ability to translate needs into technical solutions • Strong leadership skills • Willingness/ability to work the evening shift (5pm to 2am) as needed • No licenses or certifications required
