📋 Description

• Support system administration, including business process configuration and design of Workday HR • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework • Identify system pain points, determine root causes, and develop Workday solutions • Identify and manage project dependencies and downstream impacts • Design and develop custom reports • Configure and administer security in compliance with policies and procedures • Provide end-user support through root cause analysis and ticket resolution • Create and maintain documentation for design, configuration, and testing • Independently manage the design and development of deliverables • Support Workday release activities • Train, coach, and mentor team members • Improve efficiencies and automate processes using the Workday platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years experience with an HR ERP system development role troubleshooting and resolving environment issues for enterprise software applications • At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in multiple modules • Strong knowledge of Workday Security • Proficient in Workday report writing (custom, advanced, matrix, and composite), dashboards, and hubs • Strong understanding of APIs, data serialization formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and software integration best practices • Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, data transformation, Core Connectors, and PECI, payroll integrations • Experience with BIRT for creating custom reports and managing reporting needs within Workday • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect and design scalable solutions • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines • Strong coding skills in JSON, APIs, and Web Services • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Workday AI/Agents, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies • Ability to identify and implement process improvements by combining HR domain knowledge, system expertise, and automation capabilities • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Comprehensive background check and in-person I-9 verification prior to employment • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment
