📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features across mobile web platforms using React and Python • Develop AI-native workflows to automate internal administrative tasks, including AI-assisted documentation and member summaries • Own production stability and performance using tools such as Datadog • Ensure HIPAA compliance for protected health information • Set standards for code quality, testing methodologies, and deployment automation • Partner with Product, Data, Clinical Ops, and other stakeholders to translate healthcare workflows into technical solutions • Build and scale technical solutions that improve maternal health outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, ideally within an early-stage startup • Expert-level skills in Python, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and CSS • Deep experience with modern React, Material UI, and Tailwind CSS • Prior experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech • Strong understanding of HIPAA/PHI security requirements • Ability to navigate technical ambiguity • Proven track record of shipping practical solutions to workflow bottlenecks • Experience with AWS and IaC (AWS CDK, Terraform) strongly preferred
