📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical resource for largest customers, providing guidance on product deployment, integration, and optimization • Lead technical onboarding for new strategic customers • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot enterprise client issues • Advocate for customer needs within the company • Align Fingerprint's roadmap with client priorities and drive broader product adoption • Capture feedback on performance and feature needs and collaborate with product and engineering teams • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders within enterprise accounts • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics and usage data • Use visualization tools to distill insights and create reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities • Translate findings into actionable recommendations • Travel minimally to visit customers on site

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software with large accounts • Strong hands-on JavaScript experience in a professional environment, especially debugging or building integrations • Experience with RESTful APIs and other web services • Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures • Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) preferred • Experience deploying serverless functions or working with Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda is a bonus • Exceptional troubleshooting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver successful solutions • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Proficiency with macOS • Comfort working fully remotely using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom • Must be authorized to work from home location; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas
