📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for your feature surface area • Conduct user discovery, analyze behavior metrics, and prioritize what to build next • Translate complex financial and accounting standards into elegant data models and intuitive software workflows • Write clean backend logic, design schemas, and ensure your code is secure, scalable, and auditable • Track feature adoption, gather user feedback, and iterate continuously

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Engineer) • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience • Comfortable diving into a complex codebase, writing reliable code in Python (or similar backend languages) • Experience working directly with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server) • Ability to design scalable database schemas and understand cloud infrastructure (AWS) implications • Experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap) and SQL queries • Exceptional ability to articulate product vision to stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field is required • Strong preference for candidates with coursework or certifications in business administration, finance, or product strategy.
