📋 Description

• Direct a team of technical consultants serving the U.S. Federal customer base • Oversee delivery execution, operational rigor, scope management, and revenue realization across FedCiv, DoD, and IC agencies • Coach and lead 5–10 Federal Professional Services personnel • Partner with Federal Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering on cybersecurity deployments, custom integrations, and architectural advisory services • Drive billable utilization, project margin, SOW delivery, and consultant success • Lead, mentor, and develop Federal Professional Services consultants • Establish targets for billable utilization, professional development, technical certifications, and operational compliance • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, scope negotiations, and staffing assignments • Own delivery performance and financial health of the Federal Professional Services portfolio • Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and according to active SOWs • Identify project risks, manage technical blockages, and implement recovery plans • Oversee change-order processes and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities • Build relationships with agency stakeholders, contracting officers, CISOs, program managers, and prime system integrators • Maintain adherence to FAR/DFARS, agency security controls, FedRAMP mandates, and technical clearing procedures • Partner with Sales Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to scope engagements, write SOWs, and estimate project effort • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on deployment-to-adoption transitions • Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering on agency feedback, product gaps, and integration needs • Report to the Director of Public Sector Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical/business field (or equivalent practical experience) • Must hold a TS/SCI or higher clearance • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration within enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical consulting or professional services delivery teams • Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal market (FedCiv, DoD, IC) • Deep understanding of cybersecurity architecture, platform deployments, and technical domains including Endpoint, XDR, Network/NDR, Data Security/DLP, or SIEM/SecOps • Expertise in project management methodologies, SOW development, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contract structures, and Salesforce • Strong working knowledge of Federal contracting frameworks, FAR/DFARS standards, and CPARS processes • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Active Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret/SCI clearance (or immediate eligibility) required • Up to 50% travel required
