📋 Description

• Perform all software aspects within the domain, including research, design, technology insertion, development, testing, and support • Partner with the business and architects to design and develop technical solutions meeting functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability needs • Lead multiple tech leads overseeing Scrum teams, providing coaching and an escalation path for troubleshooting • Drive domain-wide change initiatives improving quality, speed, and throughput • Oversee proactive maintenance of existing IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications across Digital, Cards, Risk, and Merchant Services • Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting code defects, data errors, and configuration problems • Support business-critical and complex applications • Drive departmental best practices and guideline implementation while adhering to standards • Design and develop real-time and file-based integrations and optimize database-level processing • Promote an excellent developer experience • Build elegant, maintainable, well-documented, secure code • Continuously improve and constructively support the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance • Intermediate to Strong experience designing or modifying modern microservice based systems • Advanced interpersonal skills including communication and negotiation • Advanced knowledge and experience with Java 11+ • Advanced knowledge and experience with standard design patterns such as Factories, Command, Facade, Adapter, and more • Advanced knowledge and experience with OOD/OOA • Advanced knowledge and experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks • Advanced knowledge and experience with REST and APIs • Advanced knowledge and experience with unit test and mocking frameworks • Advanced knowledge and experience with git • Advanced knowledge and experience with Postman • Advanced knowledge and experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Advanced knowledge and experience with Scrum and Agile • Advanced knowledge and experience with wikis • Automation Testing Framework Development preferred experience • React UI Development preferred experience • Gitlab Pipeline Development preferred experience
