📋 Description

• Lead development of robust and scalable Data and Analytics solutions in accordance with best practices and industry standards • Implement high-quality codebases using cloud-based DBaaS and application technologies • Install and run data and analytics platforms • Work with product and engineering teams to provide data science and analytics expertise • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product managers, designers, and backend engineers • Drive product innovation and foster collaboration within the data platform team • Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics topics • Provide technical guidance to stakeholders • Contribute to technical documentation, governance routines, and knowledge-sharing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong preference for work on technology transition from on premise RDBMS and NoSQL solutions to cloud-based data platforms on AWS • Experience in developing complex, high-performance analytics applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability • Experience standing up and running data and analytics tools such as Celebrus, Quantum Metrics, Tealium, etc. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous improvement through measurement • Familiarity with data modeling principles, design guidelines, and design techniques • Demonstrated ability to innovate and leverage new technologies, tools, and techniques to solve complex technical challenges and improve development processes • Proactive issue identification, solution proposal, and continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and best practices • Preferred degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar relevant field, with demonstrated project development and leadership skills • Judgment and flexibility in shifting priorities and rapidly changing environments • Action-oriented self-starter able to set strategy and drive execution • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to establish credibility with employees, business partners, and external resources
