📋 Description

• Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, including officials of both parties in their official capacity • Escalate bugs to the engineering team and track progress in Jira • Troubleshoot technical problems that front-line support cannot resolve, including printer issues and email problems • Perform back-end data updates for clients • Monitor production systems for problems • Learn to debug websites and email newsletters using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Develop SQL query fundamentals and advance SQL skills • Assist with data pipeline contributions across data ingestion, engineering, and search processes • Perform data validation and optimization to help ensure data accuracy • Gain hands-on experience with backend and web application technologies • Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, Data, and other R&D teams on cross-functional solutions • Contribute to responsive and engaging application features for internal and external clients • Support end-to-end project delivery under experienced team members’ guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of hands-on experience in scripting, software development, or equivalent knowledge with modern tech stacks • Early coding skills and desire to learn and grow through software problem-solving • Ability to interpret client specifications and identify website user requirements • Ability to make solid recommendations during client and team meetings • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences • Familiarity with .NET and C#, or other object-oriented languages • Experience with Angular, Python, MSSQL, and Redis • Familiarity with cloud environments and Linux/Unix development systems • Familiarity with AWS, Bash, and nginx is a plus • Familiarity with building and testing HTML email newsletters across various email clients • Interest in Generative AI and LLM technologies • Eagerness to learn, explore, and embrace new technologies and development practices • SQL knowledge is a plus • Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility requirements; FiscalNote uses E-Verify
