📋 Description

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy for MoneyPass Group and Goodacre • Advise the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board on technology investments, risks, architecture, and innovation • Lead information technology, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, applications, data and analytics, technology operations, and technology-enabled transformation • Provide executive oversight for MoneyPass network services, ATM connectivity, transaction routing, settlement-related interfaces, network monitoring, and client services • Lead technology planning and execution for Goodacre’s launch, separation, transition services, system access, data migration, application rationalization, and operational cutover • Oversee client technology lifecycle activities including solution design, implementation, integration, testing, launch, service delivery, and issue resolution • Own cybersecurity strategy, security architecture, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access management, business continuity, and disaster recovery • Oversee cloud platforms, networks, end-user technology, enterprise applications, production operations, monitoring, service desk, and technical support • Develop data governance and responsible AI governance; enable reporting, analytics, client insights, and business intelligence • Manage technology budgets, investment plans, vendors, service providers, commercial agreements, and total cost of ownership • Design and lead a high-performing technology organization; recruit, develop, retain, and succession-plan technology leaders • Communicate technology priorities, performance, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field • 15 or more years of progressive technology leadership experience • Executive-level experience as a CIO, CTO, or comparable senior technology leader in a complex, regulated, or high-availability environment • Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data, architecture, service delivery, and large-scale transformation • Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, banking, ATM networks, transaction processing, or related technology environments strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage material operating and capital budgets, strategic vendors, complex commercial agreements, and executive-level stakeholders • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, platform modernization, integrations, separations, or transition-service exits • Advanced degree preferred • Must apply using legal name • Must complete the step-by-step profile and attach a resume • Role cannot be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, or Washington
