📋 Description

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses and potential customers • Handle inbound calls and follow up with interested prospects • Speak with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers • Build rapport and establish relationships through natural conversation • Identify customer needs and determine whether products/services are a good fit • Present solutions and make sales offers conversationally • Follow up with prospects through phone and other communication channels • Maintain accurate notes and customer information in company systems • Manage multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day • Overcome objections and move conversations toward a sale • Connect with automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and other professional organizations • Explain the value of the company’s services

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business experience preferred • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers • Confident making cold calls and initiating conversations with new contacts • Able to have casual, engaging conversations without relying on a script • Ability to think quickly and respond naturally to customer questions • Comfortable multitasking between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer information • Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales goals • Comfortable hearing “no” and pursuing the next opportunity • Professional, positive, and personable communication style • Strong computer and typing skills • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY • Availability to work 9:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week

🏖️ Benefits

• Paid training, typically 1 week from 9:00am–6:00pm Monday–Friday (EST) • Benefit eligible on the first of the month after 60 days
