📋 Description

• Coach managers on performance, feedback, development, conflict, team dynamics, and difficult people decisions • Investigate the underlying causes of performance and team issues • Lead performance and employee-relations work across North America • Balance employee experience, business needs, consistency, judgment, and risk • Partner with managers on team health, engagement, talent, performance, and change using qualitative input and data • Identify cross-team patterns, risks, and emerging themes and bring them to appropriate stakeholders • Collaborate with Functional HRBPs and People team partners • Help build scalable approaches for the new Regional HRBP model • Explore technology, automation, and AI to reduce repetitive work and improve decision-making • Report to the Director, Regional HR Business Partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a People/HR Business Partner, or in a role coaching managers and handling meaningful people and team challenges • Strong working knowledge of US employment practices • Experience supporting employees across multiple US states is strongly preferred • Broader North American experience is a plus • Strong manager-coaching ability • Good judgment in evaluating issues, risks, and recommendations • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational changes • Comfort working with ambiguity • Interest in the business context behind people-related questions • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input or escalate • Ability to identify patterns and investigate underlying causes • Comfort working across teams, functions, and time zones in a distributed company
