📋 Description

• Rank incoming requests by impact, dependencies, and launch dates, deciding team priorities • Carry each clinic from first call to fully live, steering the technical work throughout • Break project scope into schedules with clear owners and dates • Keep engineering, product, and clinics aligned with clean handoffs • Surface risks early and escalate before deadlines slip • Provide internal teams and clinics with clear launch-status updates • Improve the implementation playbook and route recurring product gaps to engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years running technical or implementation projects, with complex ones shipped on schedule • Fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations sufficient to reason about how systems connect • Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike • Sound triage judgment: what to do now, what to defer, what to escalate • Ability to stay steady across multiple simultaneous launches • Healthcare data or health-tech background (bonus) • Hands-on experience with EHRs or other clinical systems (bonus) • Experience building at a startup or high-growth company (bonus) • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Must not require a visa now or in the future to continue working in the United States or Canada
