📋 Description

• Manage the strategic planning function for the Commercial & Private Bank • Design and develop formal strategic plans, regulatory presentations, internal communications, enterprise initiatives, and budgets • Manage incentive and sales management functions, including incentive design, goal setting, sales enablement and tracking, and market intelligence • Lead ongoing development of strategic plans for Commercial & Private Banking and its business units • Work with line-of-business leaders to formalize plans for expansion, transformation, and growth, including measures, targets, risks, and dependencies • Design content for BUR/BOD/ALCO/regulatory presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Manage internal communications and cascade critical information across CPB • Lead enterprise-level initiatives within CPB and coordinate across leadership and functions • Translate business plans into top-level budgets for CPB and its business units • Design goal-setting processes and standards aligned with budgets and strategies • Design and execute incentive, referral, and recognition programs • Oversee sales enablement, sales tracking, productivity measurement, benchmarking, and market intelligence • Manage talent functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning, and compliance • Use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions • Analyze and resolve problems • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, standards, laws, and regulations and complete required compliance training

🎯 Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 15+ years of proven progressive business strategy and analytics related experience, preferably in the financial industry • Hands-on experience working with data sets • Ability to abstract and identify patterns • Ability to perform data validation, cleanup, and transformation for business analysis • Expertise in business analytics and tools • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to explain complex concepts succinctly and effectively • Strong personal organization • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to present to and influence senior and executive management • Creative problem-solving ability and ability to develop alternative solutions • Advanced MS Access and MS Excel skills required • Ability to analyze, collect, research, and understand complex data • Ability to design and strategize as well as execute and implement • Moderate physical exertion and stamina, including standing, sitting, walking, driving, or infrequent lifting
