• Maintain and implement new experiences on Fleetio’s Marketing website • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels • Align web initiatives with quarterly business objectives and company growth goals • Shape and scale the marketing website • Focus on web performance, SEO, and conversion rates • Collaborate with company partners to plan and execute initiatives from technical scoping through delivery • Perform code reviews • Support ongoing site maintenance • Monitor accessibility and performance • Collaborate with Content, Brand, Marketing, Design, Product, MOPs, Sales, and Engineering teams • Attribute MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact to development work
• 2+ years of professional web development experience; B2B SaaS experience preferred • Extensive experience building user-facing web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Next.js • Experience with dynamic routing, data-fetching patterns, and SSR, SSG, ISR, and CSR rendering strategies • Experience with state management and front-end performance optimization • Strong proficiency with modern CSS and styling approaches, including utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS • Experience building and customizing headless CMS solutions and integrating them into front-end applications • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with web performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, conversion rates, browser tooling, and real-world metrics • Experience with modern front-end build tooling, including Webpack configuration, loaders, plugins, and build pipeline troubleshooting • Experience planning projects end-to-end, including technical scoping, estimation, and task breakdown • Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows, including code reviews • Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and deliver complex projects • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Comfortable mentoring developers and providing constructive code-review feedback • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to align technical decisions with business goals and customer acquisition outcomes • Proficiency in Google Analytics, event setup and mapping, data tracking and analysis, and Google Search Console • Ability to apply marketing goals and metrics to web builds and attribute MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact • Interest in emerging front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices
