📋 Description

• Develop front-end web application functionality using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML • Code and unit test interactive and dynamic user-interface solutions • Research, design, develop, test, and modify enterprise-wide systems and applications • Assist with all phases of the software development lifecycle • Analyze user and business needs to plan and design software systems • Create models and diagrams showing programmers the software code needed for applications • Perform software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging • Prepare reports on software project specifications, activities, and status • Document software and systems for future maintenance and updates • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, customers, and internal cross-functional teams • Support investigative capabilities against fraud, waste, and abuse within CMS CPI • Work 40 hours per week within Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST core hours • Travel less than 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 1+ years of related experience • Experience or knowledge of Angular and JavaScript • Experience with HTML, CSS, GitHub, and/or Node.js • Experience with AWS, Jira, and Confluence • Familiarity with large, complex data sources using PostgreSQL or SQL • Agile or SAFe experience • Ability to obtain Public Trust • Must have lived in the United States at least three of the last five years before submitting an application for a Federal ID Card • Work visa sponsorship will not be considered • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving mindset • Ability to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently • Self-motivated, well-organized, and attentive to detail • Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology • Preferred: Spring Boot, ActiveMQ, data migration or maintenance, back-end development, and experience supporting CMS and the Center for Program Integrity
