📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Flexera's shared platform capabilities • Balance short-term product needs with longer-term platform investments while advocating for scalability, consistency, and reuse • Own product strategy for the Unified Object Model, semantic layer, governance capabilities, and broader data platform initiatives • Establish a trusted, governed, AI-ready data foundation supporting every Flexera solution • Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities across product and engineering teams • Shape a cohesive cross-product user experience across onboarding, navigation, workflows, insights, and value realization • Lead, develop, and grow a team of Product Managers focused on platform and user experience initiatives • Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for shared platform capabilities • Partner with Architecture and Engineering to establish scalable platform capabilities • Establish governance models, operating processes, and prioritization frameworks • Measure platform business impact and reduce duplication across product teams • Partner with AI and Analytics leaders to support future AI-driven experiences • Build relationships across globally distributed teams and establish operating rhythms between India and North America • Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business value for executive stakeholders • Champion a platform-as-a-product mindset • Assess the current platform landscape, investment priorities, customer challenges, and first-90-day priorities • Establish a clear platform strategy, increase platform adoption, improve governance alignment, enable faster AI capability delivery, and develop a high-performing team within the first year

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • At least 5 years leading product teams • Demonstrated success leading platform, data, infrastructure, developer platform, or shared services product organizations • Experience defining and scaling enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, semantic models, or common platform services • Strong understanding of platform economics, adoption strategies, and cross-functional stakeholder management • Proven ability to work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, and AI organizations • Experience building and executing multi-year platform roadmaps serving multiple product teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex organizational and technical dependencies • Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams and senior leadership across time zones • Preferred: Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, IT management, cloud management, FinOps, or technology data platforms • Preferred: Knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, data governance, data quality frameworks, and data products • Preferred: Experience building AI-ready platforms, knowledge graphs, contextualization layers, or intelligent experiences • Preferred: Experience leading user experience transformation initiatives within a multi-product SaaS environment • Preferred: Experience operating within PE-backed or high-growth technology organizations • Preferred: Experience serving as the most senior product leader for a regional office of a US-headquartered company
