📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding • Administer transfers, promotions, and process documentation • Maintain data hygiene across Rippling • Build onto existing People data pipelines to support operational decisions • Serve as the primary point of contact for the People inbox and Console • Manage employment verifications, work authorizations, and recurring employee inquiries • Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience • Identify and automate manual steps across People workflows • Provide hands-on operational execution, data hygiene, and frontline support

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience administering an HRIS platform • Hands-on Rippling experience is a strong plus • Operational background managing core People processes, employee onboarding, and lifecycle administration • Practical data fluency, including pulling, cleaning, and reviewing HR data sets • Ability to maintain high record integrity • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage frontline employee requests with discretion and consistency • Prior experience with early-stage HRIS builds or light data analysis is a plus • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Ability to meet FBI CJIS Security Policy requirements and obtain/maintain CJIS certification if required
