📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies • Use job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates • Prospect for and identify clinicians in high-demand fields to fulfill key client orders • Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates • Coordinate interviews with Account Managers, clients, and candidates • Prepare clinicians for the possibility of the Auto-Offer process • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offers • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and other recruitment tools • Stay informed about healthcare recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices • Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns and initiatives • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences • Source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals for clients across the country

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required) • 2-3+ years of proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a staffing agency environment • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment tools • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
