📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers around the world • Provide technical leadership from product conception through production • Ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality mobile experiences • Review and provide feedback on product designs, technical architectures, and engineering approaches • Evaluate and recommend emerging mobile technologies, tools, and engineering practices • Establish standards for technical documentation, code quality, testing, and operational excellence • Partner with product managers, product designers, engineering leaders, and other technical experts to align priorities and deliver customer value • Foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning, ownership, and measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations • Experience developing or supporting IoT or connected-device products is preferred • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • Experience leading mobile engineering teams and delivering large-scale iOS and Android applications is preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
