📋 Description

• Cultivate, nurture, and expand relationships with existing clients employing 500 to 5,000 individuals • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling products and services • Oversee and close contract renewals • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned Major Market accounts • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and challenges and develop tailored strategies • Assess account performance, track key metrics and customer feedback, and drive retention • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams on client needs and deliverables • Prepare and present reports on account performance, pipeline growth, and industry trends • Address client concerns and ensure timely solutions and high client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development • 3+ years of experience in a Major Market environment preferred • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets • Strong understanding of Major Market client needs and relevant industry market trends • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Results-oriented mindset
