• Assess hardware, software, and network issues on customer systems • Provide remote troubleshooting, diagnostic evaluations, and routine inspections for medical imaging systems, equipment, and components • Provide advanced product module and sub-module support to Customer Support Engineers and other staff • Collaborate with internal and external groups to solve complex technical issues and develop solutions • Document problems and solutions in the product knowledge database • Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality requirements • Participate in occasional customer site visits as necessary • Maintain expert knowledge of current medical imaging products and technologies through continuous education • Travel on short notice and/or overnight when required to work on customer systems • Work outside normal business hours, overtime, and holidays as required • Work cross-functionally and handle other assigned duties • Meet team KPIs for customer satisfaction, availability, support case closures, project completion, and training completion • Become a FUJIFILM Subject Matter Expert in more than one discipline within two years • Comply with U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Minimum three years of industry-related professional experience • Industry-specific technical certifications preferred, including Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco certifications • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent phone manner • Ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced team environment • Ability to make independent decisions based on technology data and product knowledge • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Must become VCP Certified within two years of hire • Must acquire knowledge to become a FUJIFILM Subject Matter Expert in more than one discipline within two years of hire • Must comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Preferred: FUJIFILM Synapse Administration • Advanced knowledge of Synapse workflows and implementations preferred • Advanced knowledge of Synapse application front end preferred • Experience with HL7 and DICOM protocols and interfaces preferred • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022+, networking, SQL Server, and Oracle preferred • Advanced knowledge of medical informatics architecture, VMware, and storage solutions preferred • Security+ or higher certification preferred • Linux architecture knowledge preferred • Ability to sit 75–100% of applicable work time • Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time • Occasional travel up to 10% may be required • Must be willing to meet applicable facility vendor credentialing and vaccine requirements • Must be willing to test periodically for COVID-19 and wear a face covering indoors when required
